Heretic. Healer.
Holy troublemaker.
I am a super fan of liberation.
I am passionately anti-shame.
I explore the intersections of
faith, queerness, community,
and the sacredness of everyday life.
About Me
queer/ kinky/ poly + sex educator + ex-priest + celebrity aged mama + heretic + poet + theologian + painter + terrible napper + good listener + super fan of liberation
I am learning every day how to live wide open. I come from traditions both sacred and broken, and I’ve spent my life exploring new ways to honor the body, celebrate the erotic, and practice faith without shame.
These days, I teach classes, run retreats, offer spiritual direction and coaching, and speak to communities hungry for healing, curiosity, and change. My work is grounded in embodiment, liberation, trauma-awareness, and the radical belief that every body is holy.
If you’re looking for a place to unlearn shame, rekindle wonder, honor your own rhythms, or create practices of deep belonging, you are so welcome here.
I’m here for teaching, for tending, and for dreaming new worlds together as the messy, mystical, embodied, queer, doubting, grieving, sexy, creative, surviving, thriving, loving, aching human beings we are.

Guiding brave souls toward embodied, shame-free lives
You were never too much. You were always enough.
You are not a problem to be fixed. You are a mystery to be witnessed.
I am a little bit like a spiritual director.
Something like a coach.
Definitely not a therapist.
More like a guide – a companion on your journey.
A resource gatherer- a collaborator – a cheerleader – a metaphor spinner.
I host one-on-one or small group conversations.
I will accompany you as you navigate the complexities of identity, belief, and belonging.
I can do this for individuals or people in relationship with each other.
Together we can create a soft place to land
& a fierce place to rise.
Please contact me to schedule a free 20-minute conversation to see if we are a good fit.
